All clients receive an analytic report on the 1st of each month. Each analytic report is an in-depth analysis of the success of the work that has been accomplished over the previous work period. Everything is measured and utilized to adjust the strategy accordingly for optimal success.
Shortly after signing, all new clients are provided with a competitor analysis report that will provide the team with insights on creating the strategy. Your SMM will ask you for 2-3 competitors that have similar presence and business goals to measure against. Access is easy and simple, for your Facebook, we will request access to your page. As for Google+ we need your team to grant our team “manager” access to your account. No username or password is needed for access to those accounts. For Twitter and LinkedIn we need the email and password your accounts since there is no “manager” feature for those social channels.
Once you have chosen your plan, and signed up, you will receive an invite to a one-on-one call with your account manager. You’ll receive the first week of content within 2 business days, and a working document for content creation within 3 business days.
Yes, you will be billed the same day you sign up and charged the following month on the same day you signed up on.
