Giving us access to your social media accounts is one of the first things we do together — and it is easier than it sounds. Here is how it works for each platform.
Facebook and Instagram
Facebook and Instagram are managed through Meta Business Suite. Here is what to do:
- Go to business.facebook.com and log in
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Go to People, then click Add People
- Enter [email protected] and assign the Employee or Admin role
- Under Assets, make sure both your Facebook Page and Instagram account are selected
If you do not have a Business Manager set up yet, no worries — we can walk you through creating one on your onboarding call.
- Go to your LinkedIn Company Page
- Click Admin Tools in the top right
- Select Manage Admins
- Add [email protected] as a Content Admin or Super Admin
Google Business Profile
- Go to business.google.com
- Click Menu → Business Profile Settings → Managers
- Click the person icon to add a new manager
- Enter [email protected] and assign the Manager role
A note on passwords
Please never share your personal login credentials with us directly. The access methods above let us do our job without needing your password — and they can be revoked at any time if needed.
