Great content starts with great raw material. Here is how to get your photos, videos, and brand files to us — and what actually helps us create content that performs.
Where to send files
We use Google Drive for sharing assets. You will receive a link to your dedicated folder during onboarding. You can drop files in there anytime — we check it regularly.
If your folder link is not handy, you can also email files to your account manager or message us through the client portal.
What is most useful
The more real, behind-the-scenes content you share, the better. Stock photos are fine occasionally, but original images of your team, workspace, products, or work in progress tend to perform significantly better.
Here is what to look for:
- Photos taken in good natural light (near a window works great)
- Candid shots of your team doing actual work
- Before and after shots if your service involves a transformation
- Short video clips — even 15 seconds of something happening is useful
- Any customer testimonials or reviews you have received
File formats
- Photos: JPG or PNG, as high resolution as possible
- Videos: MP4 preferred, any resolution
- Logos and brand files: AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG with a transparent background
How often to send content
Once a month works well for most clients. A quick batch of 10–15 photos goes a long way. You do not need to caption them or explain them — just send what you have and we will take it from there.
